Content you post (photos, descriptions) remains yours. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it within the Services.
Cabalisto acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of advertised items, or the ability of sellers to complete a sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabalisto shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice, without incurring any liability.
